For this money the passengers only get one seat. A bed in a shared compartment costs 59.90 euros. The most luxurious option is a private compartment with its own washing facility: If you are traveling with several people, you will spend at least 89.90 euros per person. Breakfast is included in the beds.
The train leaves Amsterdam every day at 7:30 p.m. and also stops in Utrecht and Arnhem in the Netherlands. On the way the train is divided, with one part going to Vienna and the other going to Innsbruck. The travel time to the final destinations is just under fourteen hours.
It is the first time in years that there is an international night train from the Netherlands. This is done in cooperation with the Austrian Railways (ÖBB). Dutch Railways are also planning to return the connection to Zurich, Switzerland.
