Herwig Muyldermans is stepping down as CEO of Federgon, the professional association of interim offices and HR companies, after more than thirty years. He will be replaced on Thursday by Ann Cattelain, who was until recently the federal government’s “legal director”.
Herwig Muyldermans became CEO of Federgon in January 1990. He was one of the co-founders of the Service Voucher System in 2004. Muyldermans is retiring.
Ann Cattelain received a Masters in Law from KULeuven and began her career in the insurance industry. She has been with Federgon since 1997. “As CEO, I want to lead Federgon into the new digital age based on new strategic priorities,” she said in a press release. “It is my goal to become the reference for everything that concerns the labor market and the HR department. Today it is clear that the HR service providers are necessary to write a strong job market story. “
