Customers who ordered online from one of the group’s chains in the days before the FNG fashion company went bankrupt will continue to receive these goods. The trustees reported this in a press release on Wednesday evening.
This affects goods purchased online on July 31st and August 1st. Customers paid for these purchases but were no longer delivered as FNG was declared bankrupt on August 3rd.
“In consultation with the banks it was agreed that these purchased goods can continue to be delivered to the consumer,” announced the trustees on Wednesday. The practical details have yet to be worked out and will be announced later.
Online orders were also possible for certain FNG chains on August 2nd and 3rd. The intent is that the customers who then placed orders and paid for the goods they bought also received the goods, it sounds Wednesday night.
FNG is, among others, the parent company of Brantano, CKS and Fred & Ginger.
